Merged wcd simulation from internal MSD repo

New lagoSites.jsonld parser

Reads lagoSites.jsonld from LAGO official definitions at the LAGO DMP. Parse jsonld and use the sites definitions for configurind the simulation. Pragmas added. Improve on the perl scripts code

Changes on EventAction.{h,cc}, RunAction.{hh,cc} and SteppingAction.{hh,cc} in order to remove lines relate to CerValHistograms.{h,cc} and erenkovValidation.{h, cc} removed libraries

Makefile, CerValHistograms.{h,cc} and erenkovValidation.{h, cc} libraries deleted because are not needed anymore.
